Thanh has over 25-years experience in both property development and construction management and has worked on some of the most iconic projects in Sydney, including the W Hotel Darling Harbour, 5 Martin Place, ANZ Tower and 1 Bligh Street. Thanh’s broad experience provides a strong foundation and unique perspective in the delivery of high quality residential projects.

Ryan is a seasoned construction professional with over 14 years industry experience covering commercial, residential, retail, hotel and mixed- use developments. Azadeh has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry working on various stages of a project’s life cycle. With a background in architecture and development management, she plays a pivotal role in the support of the MD Living business. Her role spans across development management and design management of each project. She has an engineering bachelors degree in Architecture and a Masters in Construction Project Management.
